The most dramatic change I noticed is the separation from the cleaning process. This means I am no longer trying to empty my pouch while sitting on or kneeling along side a toilet. Squeezing out the contents of a pouch is a thing of the past. I also have found a little squirt of common household dish washing detergent works so well the need for more expensive “ostomy cleaners” and deodorizers is not be necessary.
